"... and on the either side of the river was there the tree of life, which bore twelve kinds of fruit, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." ... Rev 22.2

CHAK Annual General Meeting (AGM)

CHAK's governance structure is defined by the Association's Constitution. CHAK’s highest body of authority is its members through the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is composed of all CHAK registered members and meets annually in April. The body appoints the Board of Trustees, which is made up of seven senior church leaders from member churches. The AGM also elects the Executive Commitee (EXCO).

The AGM has the constitutional mandate to approve major policy developments, strategic plans and constitutional amendments. The AGM receives the Annual Associations Report and the Annual Audited Accounts/Financial Statements.
