CHAK routinely builds the capacity of its member network in governance and leadership, covering areas such as financial management, resource mobilization, strategic planning and governance roles.

Proper governance and management is a key support system for successful operations of a health facility. CHAK supports its member facilities (MHUs) in governance and management through training and capacity building, experience sharing and exchange visits, support and participation in meetings and activities of hospital governing Boards, induction and capacity building for the Boards.
