The CHAK Constitution provides for membership of “Any Protestant Church or church sponsored or related non-profit making organization or community group with the objective of promoting health and health service within the Republic of Kenya”. 

Members pay a set annual subscription fee and obtain rights to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Health units and churches applying for CHAK membership are required to submit a copy of certificate of registration by the relevant authorities in Kenya. Applicants are also required to complete a membership application form. Applications go through the General Secretary for approval by the Executive Committee.    

Applications are submitted to the General Secretary accompanied by an application processing fee of Ksh500.
