CHAK's governance structure is defined by the Association's Constitution. CHAK’s highest body of authority is its members through the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is composed of all CHAK registered members and meets annually in April. The body appoints the Board of Trustees, which is made up of seven senior church leaders from member churches.
