Governance and management capacity building

Management capacity is a key support system for successful operations of a health facility. CHAK supports MHUs in governance and management through training and capacity building, experience sharing and exchange visits, support and participation in meetings and activities of hospital governing Boards, induction and capacity building for the Boards. 

Currently, CHAK supports and participates in meetings and activities or governing boards of the following 11 MHUs:
