Since 2023, CHAK has been implementing the Bread for the World RMNCAH Project across 60 health units in 15 counties in Kenya. This three-year initiative focuses on improving access to high-quality reproductive, maternal, neonatal, child, and adolescent health services.

Through community-driven strategies—such as training community health volunteers (CHVs), hosting psychosocial groups for pregnant women, and conducting male dialogue sessions—we’re creating demand for lifesaving services. Our goal is to increase uptake of family planning and antenatal care services by 20% and ensure 80% of newborns are fully immunized by their first birthday.

Together with county governments, we’re strengthening health systems, reducing maternal and child mortality, and building a healthier future for all.
