CHAK is seeking to prequalify law firms for legal services (2-year framework).

Objective:
To establish a panel of competent legal service providers for as-needed engagements.

Scope of Services (includes but not limited to):

• Corporate, commercial & governance advisory
• Civil litigation, land matters & ADR
• Contract drafting, review & vetting
• Representation before courts, tribunals & regulatory bodies
• Legal opinions & compliance reviews
• Employment & labor law advisory

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ firm experience
• Valid tax compliance & practicing certificates (LSK)
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Audited financials (last 2 years)
• 3 client references (NGOs/corporates)
• Physical office address

Evaluation:
Mandatory pass/fail criteria + technical scoring (minimum 70% to qualify).

Submission Deadline:
Friday, 15th May 2026 at 5:00 PM (hard copy only – deposit in CHAK Tender Box, Nairobi).
