Under the CHAK Bread for the World RMNCAH Project, we’re equipping health care workers with critical skills to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and children. Health facility approaches include training on Focused Antenatal Care (FANC), adolescent- and youth-friendly services, postnatal care, and Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (IMCI).

We’re also providing mentorship, support supervision, and continuous medical education (CMEs) to improve service quality. In partnership with counties, we’re ensuring health facilities are stocked with essential commodities and lifesaving equipment.

These efforts aim to reduce mother-to-child HIV transmission to below 5% and ensure that every woman and child receives the care they deserve.
